The Friends and Foundation of the Northfield Public Library adopt new Bylaws

The proposed bylaws were formally adopted at the FFNPL Annual Meeting on March 8, 2011, following the overwhelming approval of the ballot by our members. However, to address concerns raised during the ratification process, the proposed bylaws were amended to preserve the requirement for an Annual Meeting open to all members and to preserve the requirement that new Board members be ratified at the Annual Meeting by the attending members.
